Can I hire a shredder?

At DGD Shredding, we do not hire out shredders. Instead, we offer flexible and secure destruction solutions, including our Mobile Onsite Shredding service. This means our fully equipped mobile shredding unit comes directly to your premises, ensuring your confidential material is destroyed securely, efficiently, and in full compliance with data protection regulations.

Our Mobile Shredding Units

Our modern Mobile Shredding Units (MSU) are fitted with high-spec shredders that can destroy up to 5 tonnes per hour. Confidential documents, that have accumulated over the years can be shred in a fraction of the time it would take you to do it yourself! The MSU is also capable of destroying Hard Drives onsite.

The process is simple. Once your bags or boxes of paper are ready for shredding, our security-vetted operative transfers the material to 240-litre bins. They are brought to the truck, lifted up and deposited into the shredder. This can all be witnessed by viewing the MSU’s onboard security cameras.
